Unusual Harvest At the farm of Mr N. T. Small, of Thornfalcon, Teasles are once
more being grown this year. Teasles are used in the textile factories of the North for
raising "nap" on cloth, and so far no substitute has been found for doing this.
The teasle harvest of this country is confined to a small area of Somerset, the whole crop
being sent for use in the woollen mills.
